This lot contains 20 boxes of 25 programs apiece, with each box weighing 40 lbs. for a total weight of 800 lbs.

Beginning a streak of three or more consecutive World Series titles for a record third time, the 1998 New York Yankees disposed of the San Diego Padres in decisive fashion to earn their 24th championship trophy in club history. These (500) World Series programs were issued for that October match-up of teams on opposite coasts. Each 184-page guide features photos and text detailing the combatants, as well as unmarked scoring grids for seven games and a feature story on that year’s well-documented home run battle between Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa. These factory sealed publications are stored distribution style in a warehouse located in Santa Ana, California. While local pick-up is strongly encouraged, freight shipping is an option via a third-party trucking company. Please contact Huggins & Scott prior to bidding for more information and an accurate shipping estimate.
