Description

Babe Ruth still had 62 circuit clouts left in his arsenal of crowd-pleasing exploits after 1932, but that season’s Fall Classic was his last. Encapsulated and Graded VG 3 by PSA, this ticket stub was issued at Chicago’s Wrigley Field for Game 4 of the 1932 World Series: Ruth’s last-ever October endeavor. The “Bleacher” voucher features vibrant colors on the obverse and “Cubby Bear” renditions on the reverse. While Ruth had taken center stage with his “Called Shot” the day before, he was part of a 19-hit barrage in a series clincher for which this ticket was issued.
